Welcome to Top Tier Window Tinting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your engagement with our professional window tinting services.

By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services Offered  
We provide professional window tinting services for residential, commercial, and/or automotive applications. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Appointments and Bookings  
- Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.  
- All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.  
- A deposit of 50% will be be required to secure your appointment.

3. Pricing and Payments  
- All prices listed on our website are base estimates and may vary based on the scope of work, window condition, and vehicle/property type.  
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.  
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.  
- We accept cash, bank transfer or online payment via payment link (this will incur an additional 2.2% surcharge at the customers expense).

4. Warranties and Guarantees  
We stand by the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. Warranty terms may vary based on the film/product selected and the type of installation. Full warranty details will be provided at the time of service.

Warranty does not cover:  
- User damage or improper care  
- Glass breakage unrelated to installation  
- Installation performed by third parties

5. Customer Responsibilities  
- Ensure the vehicle/property is accessible prior to service.  
- Disclose any pre-existing conditions (e.g., glass damage, aftermarket films).  
- Follow post-installation care instructions provided by our team.

6. Intellectual Property  
All content on our website (text, logos, images, etc.) is owned by Top Tier Window Tinting and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability  
We take all necessary precautions during installation. However, Top Tier Window Tinting is not liable for:  
- Pre-existing glass or electrical issues  
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions  
- Delays due to weather

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Top Tier Window Tinting (and its licensors) retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Site and all content, including the window tinting quote calculator, related software, code, designs and documentation. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Any other use is prohibited without prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and will not assist or permit others to:

• Copy, reproduce, translate, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Site or the calculator code;

• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with protective features or security of the Site;

• Extract pricing logic, replicate UI/UX workflows, or use the Site to develop a competing product or service;

• Remove, alter or obscure proprietary notices (copyright, trademark or other legal notices).​

Breach of these Terms entitles Top Tier Window Tinting to seek injunctions, damages and all other remedies available at law or in equity.

Enforcement & Remedies​

Top Tier Window Tinting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms and to pursue civil and criminal remedies for intellectual property infringement.
